The politcis sorrounding cop 15 in copenhagen in December this year has taken a new twist. This is manifested in the fact that new terminologies are being coinned either to confuse the activists and the most vulnerable or otherwisé. I have been giving a deep thought on the two terminologies and hardly did i get a difference. In fact these are purely identical twins and whowever tries to split them is committing a capital offence and history will judge them harshly. The arguements presented are not at all pregnant enough to explain the situation on ground, for example if the current president or head of a certain country leaves power, then the successor will not honour the agreement. This holds little water indeed for the fact remaind that heads of state and other decission makers are not representing themselves but rather their countries. It is much of an absurdity that some so called democrastic countries are the ones raising such claims.
Anyway, let us hit the nail on the head, the content packaged will determine the relevance of the agreement ladies and genttlemen. Morever, the same people are going to be signing whether political or legal, politicians will represent their respective cpountres. Let us stop buying time, the agreement should be packaged in such a way that both the financial aspect and the emmission part is well taklled. The politicians are well known for the agreements which they do no honour and this brings me suspecion that the trend it is taking, it might not be honoured even though babptised new names.
Politicians should be at the forefront of the getting a fairer deal and sticking to it, do not confuse innocent south with new terminologies as if the bufferstock of word were only given to the north
Take responsibility and pay your debt through financial and approporiate emission cut, political agreement without a legal agreement is political immaturity.
Be counted for the good and not for the opposit.

Ladies and genttle men i have been reading one of the most famous books today called the BIBLE and though you believe in it or not, i believe this massage will get you wherever you belong. I read mathew 13:3-9, 18-23, where one of the the most wise men the world has ever had (Jesus) spoke in his usual way using parables. This time, he brought the parable of the sower and as i was reading i related it to the astonishing trend the cop 15 is taking. He puts it categorically clear that, some of the seeds were put along the path, others on the thorny soils, others on rocky soils that they did not germinate well or not at all. While some were planted on good fertile land and they grew very well.
This remainds me of the undisputed role the concern stakeholders especially NGOs like MSACTIONAID-climate debt agents and OXFARM are undertaking to reach to a fair deal in Copenhagen come December. To some deligates the massage is not entering at all, while to others it is ending somewhere and others it is indeed working well. Look at the major emmittors of co2 US and China, they belong somewhere, France and Brazil using the “climate bible” they have propagated, they also have their own house where they are, Denmark as a host also belongs somewhere, then EU and the others too have their sides.
The question could be, is it the sowers (Pro-fair deal) who are sowing badly or the soils ( deligates and decission makers) constitute of ; path, thorny, rocky and good soils?????????????????, where does your country belong??.
“Apolitical deal without a legally binding agreement is political immaturity, taking them concurrently is a better ideal”,Do not postpond catastrophy.

It is a great pleasure to see the enrgetic, youthful, committed, determined ladies and genttle men back to 31 in toatl after an official divission of the group. Many went to Kenya and the rest remained in Europe and for a month they have been involved in the climate change related issues . The Europe group remained influencing the politicians and spreading the word ” climate debt” which we hoped would be part and partial of the vucubullarry of the most decission makers and deligates in December. The Kenya group went to get the practical reality on ground which they got.
All these are now back and were welcomed in a motivating, inspiring and stylish manner, they all looked ready for the compaign in the next few weeks , Led by the men themselves ( BJORN AND MALT), they are more than ready to do the work, always the song is “Denmark pay your climate debt“, looking forward for a positive results.
BIG UP TO CLIMATE CHANGE AGENTS.

A month to the greatest climate conference everin the world in Copenhagen ,things seem not to be going well as some people expected. In fact many have already concluded that there will be no major agreements in December not because they are pesmistic but that is how the trend of events dictate. The talks in Bankok-Thailand were not all that productive as we expected, last week the EU heads of state meeting in Brussels did not reach to an agreeable understanding on both emmissions and financing, now the week long in Barcelona has not yielded much for December.
African leaders have the responsibility of determining their destiny at cop 15 and beyond. When it was said a few days back that they will boycot any climate meeting which does not favour an ambitious deal, i thought they were talkers and not actors. It took place in Barcelona where they boycotted for aday. This leaves the trend of cop 15 in a balance indeed on whether it will be straight or otherwise. Many African leaders feel they have alot to do in order to correct the historical injustices through cutting emmisions by 40% by 2020 which is not acceptable to many industrialised country apart from Norway. This leaves the task to the leaders of A frica to influence and put approporiate pressure on the responsinbles to do the neccessary ( cutting the emmissions by 40% by 2020 and also ensuring adaptation financing worth 132 bn euros per year by 2020)
As they boycot, demonstrate, influence or put preassure on the countries responsinble, they should consinder that climate changes are now, and that they should determine their own destiny. This can be through climate friendly policies, climate friendly investments but more so ensuring a good political a greement on emmissions and financing at cop 15 in December and beyond.

From the way things are moving, it is pretty clear that change at cop 15 does not come from copenhagen but rather from the rest of the world to Copenhagen. Most people believe that cop 15 will determine the neccessary change in climate adaptation come December, but realistically, change must come from the series of meetings going on in the different parts of the world. It is astonishing that the series of meetings which have so far taken place have yielded little to do with climate financing- this has made many quick thinker pessimistic on the fairness of the deal in December.Talk about the meetings in Bankok,Africa Europe etc,no figure is put aside and if put no serious committements are made.
At cop 15 the different parties are coming to implement what was discussed earlier, there fore those who are for genuine change,it is better to influence the relevant stakeholders now and not to wait for cop 15 when every decission will be left for implementation. I like the climate change agents who believe that for the EU to realise their debt,it is imperative to inform them in their series of meetings and thus we were in Brussels remainding the heads of state of EU that they have a debt they owe to the developing countries.
Those who are waiting for December, you are moreless like those not doing anything.
EU TALK ABOUT CLIMATE FINANCING IN ALL THE MEETINGS TOWARDS COP 15, SO THAT BY THE TIME YOU COME FOR THE MEETING IN COPENHAGEN EVERYTHING WILL BE FINE,PAY YOUR CLIMATE DEBT- (£42BILLION).

Most people in the European countries and other industrialised countries are MISGUIDED and decieved that they do a favour to the African and other southern countries and hence sympathise with them alot. I want to clarrify this issue in quite an ellaborate manner and will try to connect it to the climate debt issues where am an obedient agent.
Immagin 1000s of people enjoy their party for 100s of years ( INDUSTRIALISATION), you live all the dishes uncleaned, tables un cleaned ( emmissions). The dishes which were left uncleaned are now smelling ( floods, hunger, displacements, climate refugees, perenial poverty),all the compound was destroyed ( A frica the sick man of the world) .
Now with this situation, we only need to be realistic that industrialised countries are not doing any sympathey rather they have an obligation to pay a historical DEBT that they have been gathering for many years. It is not easy for sure to clean the compound, dishes and the tables when you are over satisfied. However, it sounds pretty bad if you claim to be responsible and you eat your food and leave the tables and the dishes to be cleaned by the people who did not eat and morever they un knowingly gave you the space.
Realistically put yourself in their shoes ( empathey) and make an objective conclussion, Am very sure that by the time you make the conclussion, you would have started soliciting for money to finance for climate change. Is it sympathey or empathey?????????????
“EU IT IS AN OBLIGATION AND A RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY THE HISTORICAL DEBT, DENMARK SHOW EXAMPLE”,TOGETHER HAPPILY IN HARMONY.

The climate change course comprising of 31 young, energetic, couragious and determined people from 6 nationalities which began early september takes anew twist. It is the period of reconciling the twin brothers- theory and practice. Almost half of the class has travalled to Kenya for the practical part of it and the remaining will be in Denmark for a month stil on the same matter.
Am pretty sure that the cooperation and the cordial relationship amongest the climate debt agents was and is stil undisputably great. Thus it is sad to see the others going at the time when everything was getting better for the compaign, it started with the man himself BJORN and now the rest have gone today-Am now immagining the class all of a sudden becoming small and remaining small for a month-Oh what a situation.
On the other hand i believe it is better that some part of the climate debt agents gets a real live experience of the issues as a resuilt of climate change, so that they are energised enough for the compaign after they come back. This will instil some kind of energy and even if it means emitating what took place in Seattle on WTO, then we will stand a better chance-May be we will call this the battle of Copenhagen. Iwish every one a nice time wherever you are and remember to “keep Hope alive”.climate change aagents for real.

The source of river Nile and one of the largest water sourc in Africa has once again turned green. Lake victoria-a lake shared by the tradional East African countries ( Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania) has been having water level fluctuations over the recent past years. This has caused alot of problems in these countries especially power shortages and the rest.
It is believed that there has emerged the growth of algea bloom as a resuilt of Pollution. One wonders losing such a water source as aresuilt of pollution and the effect it will have on the over 100million people in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania excluding the indirect beneficiaries of the lake. I have a conviction that on this issue Britain will be behind the East African countries since they (British) led by John Speak came in 1800s in search for this lake-they can not see it turn the colour for it is said ” Afriend in need is Afriend indeed”. If they managed to come when Uganda was not in need why not to come back when she is threatened by pollution partly as a resuilt of industrialisation??
Let all stakeholders use the opportunity in cop 15 to help the situation on this very important lake
Pay climate debt for the good of our mother lake.

A good teacher shows examples, a good diplomate shows gentility, a good facilitator shows demonstrations and participatory while a good preacher preaches what he or she does. Therefore is Denmark a good teacher, diplomate, facilitator or preacher? This should be explained in the current issues unfolding towards the cop 15 especially on climate debt payment to the developing countries-the polluted. Honnestly speaking, the major roles of Denmark at cop 15 should be;
1-Hosting the conference of parties
2-Inspiring and motivating other EU countries and others for the cause of a fair climate deal especially climate debt financing
3-Facilitating and mediating the conference
4-Popularising the conference through ensuring the attendence of the major polluters especially US and the polluted, and most imperatively
Denmark should pay the full amount of its climate debt (67 billion US dollars) in order for her to competently facilitate the conference and thus play the diplomatic role well. Denmark should ensure that the debt is not got from the usual aid they have been offering to the deveeloping countries so that it shows example to the rest especially US, Britain and the rest of the industrialised countries.
I have much faith in the government of Denmark that they will accept to pay their debt and not from the aid come December. My prayer is that Denmark mentains the respect and deginity it has allover the world by acting as an example-shot of this the world might think otherwise about Denmark.
Failure to accept the climate debt and ”preaching what they do”,Denmark is bound to lose its reputation accross the world,It is the right time to mentain your reputation,SHOW EXAMPLE, BE A GOOD FACILITATOR, BE A GOOD TEACHER, BE A GOOD DIPLOMAT- PAY YOUR CLIMATE DEBT.
CLIMATE CHANGE AGENT FOR EVER.

Heroism is not bought but certain circumstances and dids may swim one into it. Many people have declared themselves to be heros and conquerers or nations and people have been branded the same in their localities, but it is hard to call one a world hero or conquerer!!. If we are to go abit to the history; During the creamian war,Russia was branded, the french revolution of 1879 brought Napolion who was taken to be a hero and a conquerer when he came back from Egypt and Italy respectively. During the first world war, Britain and their allies were taken to be conqurers. If you go to Uganda, Amin declered himself as a conqurer of the Britsh empire in 1970s. The Nyangire rebillion of the Banyoro againest the British rule in Uganda had a slogan that “conquer or die” and indeed the leader-Omukama Kabalega was conquered and he died. Sadam Hussein believed he was a hero but not in the whole world was he, Bush junior believed he was a hero by defeating Sadam Hussein while to others it did not make sense. Last year, the people were much celebrating that Obama was a hero and all the madia full of the name only because he was a black and the first to take the high profile seat in America-as if it was a surprise when even Martin luther King had prophesied so,to mention.-afew.
Ladies and gentlle men, these are all either personal or locally at the country or at most regional level.
Today am going to reflect abit on the global heroism and conqurer. It is a naked truth that for one to be declered a world hero and conqurer, then they must work on the escalating climate change issues.
It is a great golden opportunity for all heads of state and governments to become world heros and by having a fair deal come December at the cop 15.The gates are open.
The trick is simple, can we all agree to cut the co2 emmisions to the recommended figure and above all PAY THE DEBT, whowever will not declare you world heros will be very unserious.
Be the first through the gate to heroism.
“BECOME AWORLD HERO AND, PAY THE DEBT AND ENSURE A FAIR CLIMATE DEAL,IT IS ALL ABOUT ALL OF US”.
